He arrived hours earlier and completed his inspection before I got there and was able to debrief me efficiently and succinctly on what needed to be addressed in the property. Bruce is very professional, right from the beginning of my home inspection he gave me a good outline of what he will be doing and looking for as a part of inspection from big items such as roofs, plumbing, HAV to small cosmetic items such as missed paint, holes, extra nails. The inspection finished in about 2 hours and at the end he walked me to all the places where seller needs to provide a fix and also Bruce gave me additional advice on how to maintain house down the road from HVAC, Plumbing issues.
